Custom Orders Policy

Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns on completed orders. Please ensure you review and approve all design proofs before production begins.

Quality Issues

If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled without charge before any design work begins. Once we start on your design or artwork, the design charge applies; once production has started, cancellations are limited.

  • Before any design work begins: Full refund
  • After design/artwork has begun, before proof approval: Full refund minus the design charge for work already done
  • After proof approval, before production: 50% refund
  • During production: Case by case basis
  • After shipping: No cancellations

Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable unless the sample is defective. Sample credits can be applied to future bulk orders.
