Information is used only for order processing and service improvement. While we ensure secure handling, no online method is 100% secure.

Data is shared only with trusted partners for payment and shipping. We never sell your data.

Users must be 18 years or older. Minors may order with parental or guardian consent.

Customers must provide machine-readable design files. Once mock-ups are approved, production begins and changes are not possible.

A standard 5-10% color variation is expected in custom printing.

We keep this process straightforward so timelines and expectations stay clear.

Before proof approval: Full refund.
After proof approval, before production: 50% refund.
During production: Case by case basis.
After shipping: No cancellations.
Defects: Refunds or replacements for defective items only. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Custom items: Custom products cannot be refunded once produced.
Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Samples: Sample orders are non-refundable. Sample credits can be applied to future bulk orders.

Manufacturing timelines and final counts can vary slightly across custom runs.

We aim for consistent premium output while acknowledging small production tolerances.

We aim for high quality, but up to 2-3% minor cosmetic variation may occur. These do not affect usability.
